The Township is aware that the owner of the outdoor advertising device along Route 202 (Outfront Media LLC) has filed an M-700 permit application to authorize limited vegetation clearing along the PennDOT right of way. The Township has issued a letter to PennDOT advising of its opposition to this application. The permit application is attached, along with the letter from the Township Solicitor registering the Township’s opposition to the application.
