Zoning Hearing Board Renders Decision in Bishop Tube Property Hearing

The variances requested were to allow attached dwellings and townhouses in rows of more than six units and associated improvements to be located in both steep slope and very steep slope areas and to allow two retaining walls to be greater than the six (6) foot height limitation.  The application was granted in part and denied in part and can be viewed here
