Conditional Use Public Hearing Set For October 31

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 31, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the East Whiteland Township Municipal Building located at 209 Conestoga Road, Frazer, Pennsylvania, the Board of Supervisors of East Whiteland Township will hold a public hearing for, and may take action to vote upon, a conditional use application of GMH East Whiteland Holdings, LLC, which requests conditional use approval in accordance with Sections 200-30, 200 Attachment 6 and 200-39.4 of the East Whiteland Township Zoning Ordinance to redevelop a 5.1 acre tract located on the south side, 500 block of Lancaster Avenue, being UPI Nos. 42-3-228.1, 42-3-228.2, 42-3-229, and 42-3-230, in the FC Frontage Commercial and MF Multifamily Route 30  Overlay zoning districts, as multifamily residential dwellings in accordance with Section 200-39.4. A copy of the conditional use application summarized above is available to the public at the East Whiteland Township Municipal Building, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. where it may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.
