The Board of Supervisors passed an amendment at their meeting held on August 12, 2015 to require monthly collection of residential leaf waste in biodegradable bags.
All residents and residential property owners are required to separate leaf waste from regular trash for separate collection by your hauler. And all property owners are encouraged to compost leaf waste on their own properties.

Leaf Waste Collection
Thursday Collections: - Customers must call AJ Blosenski to schedule pick-up at 610-942-2707
Saturday Collections: No need to pre-schedule.
Leaves must be placed in biodegradable compost bags, otherwise they will not be taken.
Small branches & twigs must be bundled and no longer than 3 feet.
Plastic bags, stones, and dire are unacceptable.
Bags & debris must be placed out the evening before pickup. Limit of 5 bags or bundles.
Residents who use Republic Services will receive a post cards listing the dates for collection for October through December
